We are a group of creative people who help organizations make their ideas beautiful.
Paradowski Creative is seeking a driven, highly organized Account Manager to support day-to-day client relationships and help ensure the smooth development and delivery of exceptional work. This is a mid-level role supporting a large, multi-code account portfolio, partnering closely with an Account Director and cross-functional teams to keep a high-volume, complex book of business moving with clarity and momentum. You'll build deep knowledge of each client's business and goals, earn trust through reliability and follow-through, and take ownership of the details that keep great work on track.
Client Management
Manage day-to-day client communication across multiple workstreams, keeping projects aligned with client goals, agency standards, and account priorities
Translate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable next steps for internal teams
Prepare and lead client status meetings, presentations, and check-ins with confidence and clarity
Project Delivery
Partner with the Account Director to develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, experiential, and traditional channels, managing scope, timing, and team coordination across a high-volume portfolio
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-brief, on-budget delivery
Anticipate project risks before they become problems, flagging issues early and keeping stakeholders informed
Maintain organized project documentation and file accuracy across shared drives
Creative and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support creative development and production, helping ideas come to life in clear, engaging, people-centered ways
Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production to ensure work meets creative standards and business objectives
Account Growth
Support the Account Director in identifying growth opportunities and tracking client health, contributing to account strategy rather than only executing against it
3 to 5 years in an account management role at a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, competing priorities, and client relationships simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
Experience collaborating with creative and strategic teams across media, content, and experiential activations
Working knowledge of project budgets, scopes, and timelines
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with project management tools such as Workamajig
Curiosity about brands, people, and culture, and an interest in emerging tools and technologies shaping the industry
