We are immediately seeking an Account Director who will work closely with the account management, creative, content, digital teams and supporting functions to develop exceptional brand experiences for our clients.

This role will be to provide strategic, senior-level leadership and counsel to an existing agency retainer client. Core responsibilities will include planning, managing and executing effective communications/marketing programs across multi-channel, integrated experiences. This leadership position holds tremendous responsibility for managing and growing our client relationships and supporting the development of creative solutions to meet established client objectives. This position is responsible for managing multiple projects across a variety of tactics and client contacts, to ensure all deadlines are met and quality solutions delivered. Our agency is agile, and our team top down is involved in the work. Expect to manage the work…and work the work. Digital experience related to advertising, websites, apps, content, social media, creative sales materials and/or events are all desired. On-site, face-to-face client time will be the norm, and occasional travel is expected.
Drive long-term account planning, growth and success. Manage project plans, timelines and budgets in a way that makes our agency successful and profitable.

Help develop key client partnerships, including: interaction with senior-level clients, attending relevant meetings, writing/delivering key presentations, bringing trends forward, and shaping perspectives related to our clients’ business problems.
