Manager

We are immediately seeking an experienced and strategic Account Manager to lead client relationships, shape campaign development, and drive the delivery of exceptional creative work.

Job Overview:

This role is for someone who brings clarity to complexity, builds trust across teams and clients, and guides the development of integrated marketing programs that deliver real results. You will serve as the primary liaison between the client and our internal teams, championing the work and the process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a strong agency background, excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for collaborative, idea-driven work that includes a strong understanding of content development and social media strategy.

Essential Functions:

Client Partnership & Strategy

- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strong follow-through.

- Understand the client’s business, goals, and challenges—and ensure that all work aligns to those.

- Present creative concepts, campaign plans, and performance updates confidently and strategically.

- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist in scoping new projects.

Project & Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, social media, and content initiatives.

- Manage day-to-day execution of content calendars, social campaigns, influencer activations, and platform-specific deliverables.

- Develop and maintain timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and estimates to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Translate client goals into clear creative briefs and actionable assignments for internal teams.

- Monitor performance metrics and support optimization and reporting, especially across content and social channels.

Team Collaboration & Execution
- Partner closely with creative, strategy, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand work.

- Facilitate internal reviews and client approvals, ensuring clear and efficient workflows.

- Communicate and resolve issues quickly and effectively, escalating when needed to account leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of account management experience in an advertising or creative agency

- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media platforms, and
how they fit within broader campaigns

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

- Familiarity with creative development, marketing strategy, and digital
tools

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management and social media scheduling platforms is a plus

- Financial acumen for managing budgets, scopes, estimates, and billing

- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
