Account Service Internship — Immersive & Gaming

Paradowski Creative is now accepting applications for our Summer 2025 Internship Program!

You’ll work on real projects with real industry pros, as well as bump elbows with some of your peer group’s biggest future power-players. Our goal is that you'll walk away from the experience with new insights and inspiration to guide your future journey.

All internships will run for 9 weeks, from Monday, June 2, 2025, to Friday, August 1, 2025. Interns cannot work more than 30 hours per week, and interns can expect to make $20/hour. In addition to working within your team and receiving direct supervision from your assigned mentor, you will interact with all aspects of the agency, including the rest of the 2025 internship cohort.

As an Account Service Intern in Immersive & Gaming You Will:

- Be eager to dive into the world of 3D branded content, gaining broad exposure from high-level game strategy definition through technical development
- Support Account Service and Emerging Technology teams in the execution of immersive experiences spanning Roblox, social AR and more
- Assist in contributing to quality client partnerships, ensuring expectations are met and new opportunities for innovation can surface
- Possess natural strategic thinking skills with a desire to learn how to lead teams through ambiguity by conducting secondary research, staying up to date with the latest platform trends and brand releases, helping conceptualize how client mandatories can live in immersive contexts, etc.
- Have an interest in gaming or entertainment culture and how that intersects with the general consumer (being a gamer or gaming expert is not required)
- Be organized and detail-oriented
- Experience and contribute to agency culture and team dynamics
- Have a lot of fun

Requirements:

- Must be in-person (St. Louis) for the duration of the internship.
