We are immediately seeking strong Account Supervisors who will work closely with the account service, creative, content and digital teams to develop exceptional brand, digital and user experiences for our clients.

The Account Supervisor is responsible for planning, managing and executing effective communication programs. This senior management role will oversee key day-to-day activites and team members in the development of fully integrated marketing programs for our agency clients. This includes managing multiple projects across the marketing mix to ensure creative solutions are delivered in a timely, effective and efficient manner. This position may manage team members and reports to the Account Director.

Essential Functions

Partner with Account Coordinator, Manager, and Director to drive long-term account planning, growth and success.

Look at each piece of the marketing mix in new and unexpected ways; challenge conventions and assumptions and inspire clients to do the same.

Collaborate, partner, and build relationships with creative teams.

Lead projects involving design, maintenance, direction and measurement on a brand’s web and social channels.

Help develop key client partnerships, including: seamlessly overseeing workflow; attending relevant meetings, building strong relationships, learning our clients’ business and supporting on key presentations.

Operate in a truly global function, collaborating with teams based in the US and Germany, and occasionally South America and Latin America.

Consistently give and recieve meaningful feedback.
