Media Planner & Digital Buyer

In this role, you’ll enjoy a high degree of day-to-day variety, with different duties depending on the client. We're interested in candidates who get satisfaction from managing detail, building meaningful relationships, and juggling multiple projects.


2-4 years of current, hands on experience assisting in media plan development across a variety of media, both digital and traditional

Great writing and speaking skills

High interest and initiative in expanding skillset

Advanced organizational skills and ability to self-manage steps toward project completion

Experience developing formal social and paid search recommendations with solid rationale and process

Experienced with campaign setup, deployment, optimization and reporting within the following platforms:

Social: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram


Paid Search: Google, Bing, Yahoo

Google Display Network

Experience with organic, boosted and dark posts using a variety of targeting methods (demo; geo; 1st party; look-alike; retargeting)

Google Ads Search, Video and Display Certified

Advanced Google Analytics experience

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing or relevant studies

Job Responsibilities

Lead and/or assist with assigned projects and campaigns across a variety of media, including plan development, writing POVs and managing partner relationships

Develop and champion approach for devising paid media reports to feed into a broader reporting structure

Manage campaign budgets and establish pacing cadence structure/documentation

Establish timelines for plan-to-buy-to-report process

Work with other internal/external teams to ensure alignment with organic search and SEO best practices
