Media Traffic Coordinator

We’re looking for a Media Traffic Coordinator to help us maintain a streamlined process for getting assets out the door to ensure best-in-class distribution.


Assist as liaison between media buying partners and internal teams in understanding media spec details and deadlines

Check accuracy of incoming specs and deadlines as compared to approved flowchart

Facilitate information-sharing between internal functions to ensure understanding of upcoming deadlines and needs, including attending and participating in stand-ups

Perform detailed quality control check to ensure assets are developed to supplied specs before distribution to media buying partners or vendors

Troubleshoot and follow through on issues that may arise relating to upcoming deadlines and file preparation

Forecast and coordinate material extensions with buying partners that may be needed


1-3 years experience in coordinating delivery of creative assets for all types of media, including digital, print, radio, video, television and out-of-home.

You understand how accuracy in what you do impacts others both up- and down-stream of your assigned function.

Possess a highly organized mind, constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes for team members.

Diligent about “closing the loop” in communicating progress or unexpected disruptions in delivering against deadlines.

Takes ownership of the process and provides leadership in problem solving across functions.

Degree in advertising, communications or related subject preferred.
