Prompt Engineer Internship
Paradowski Creative is seeking a curious, clever, and AI-obsessed intern to join us as a Prompt Engineer Intern. This role is perfect for someone who thrives with creativity, technology, and experimentation. As a Prompt Engineer Intern, you’ll dive deep into the world of generative AI—exploring tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and more—to help our team unlock new creative workflows, inspire innovative ideas, and build better brand experiences.
This internship will run for 9 weeks, from Monday, June 2, 2025, to Friday, August 1, 2025. Interns cannot work more than 30 hours per week, and interns can expect to make $20/hour. In addition to working within your team and receiving direct supervision from your assigned mentor, you will interact with all aspects of the agency, including the rest of the 2025 internship cohort.
As a Prompt Engineer Intern, You Will:
- Experiment with AI tools to develop and refine high-performing prompts across a range of use cases (creative concepting, copywriting, visual design, strategy, etc.)
- Document prompt libraries, use cases, and performance insights to help scale internal AI knowledge
- Assist creative and strategic teams with AI-powered brainstorming, storytelling, and prototyping
- Contribute to internal AI experiments, testing new platforms and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
- Help evolve our AI playbooks and best practices with clarity, creativity, and responsibility
- Have a lot of fun!
Requirements:
- A naturally curious and self-starting thinker who loves to tinker, explore, and learn new tools
- Comfortable working with large language models and visual generation platforms (even if you’re just getting started)
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft clear, effective prompts
- Interest in creative problem-solving and technology-driven innovation
- Bonus if you have experience or coursework in areas like creative writing, computer science, digital art, or UX design
- Looking for emerging leaders in all fields of creativity
- If you are a college student - you must be at least a rising Senior (completed junior year)
- Must be in-person (St. Louis) for the duration of the internship
