Running a creative agency is exhilarating, rewarding and flat-out chaotic. Figuring out the best way to use all the talent we’ve packed into this place has often felt like a full-time job. And now, for the first time, it actually is.
We’re looking for a Resource Manager to work with an array of client brands and projects, balancing competing priorities and constrained resources across the full spectrum of the full-service agency. The ideal candidate will be more than just a facilitator of “getting stuff done;” they will drive the work with critical thinking and creative methodology. The Resource Manager will expertly balance team, client, and project needs all at once, with the work guiding the process rather than the process guiding the work.
Typical duties will include: scheduling resources for all creative projects, aiding creative resource priorities and deadlines, updating schedule in resource management tool, alerting senior project management when we need cross-team or freelance support. The Resource Manager maintains project team focus on success and customer service, communicates comfortably and effectively with all project stakeholders at all organizational levels, technical and non-technical, effectively manages third-party providers, and identifies, manages, and appropriately escalates risks and issues.

Schedule resources for all creative projects.
Plan, schedule, and conduct regular project team meetings, often as daily stand-ups.
Create and maintain project information in project management systems/tools.
Secure commitments for all project resources; maintain resource forecasts throughout the project.
Ensure appropriate ownership and accountability is specified for all project activities and results.
Track project progress to key milestones, recognize and manage risks and issues, escalate appropriately and effectively.
Effectively communicate project progress, status, and work assignments on a regular basis.
Experience using Project Management tools.
Be familiar with Agile creative development process.
Agency experience preferred.
