We are a group of creative people who help organizations make their ideas beautiful.
Paradowski Creative is an independent, full-service creative agency based in St. Louis. We bring strategy, creativity, technology, and craft together to create experiences that spark curiosity, invite participation, and help brands build meaningful connections with people.
Our teams work collaboratively across disciplines to solve complex business challenges and produce work that is thoughtful, effective, and made with care. We value creative play, clear thinking, accountability, strong relationships, and people who care about both the quality of the work and how it gets made.
Paradowski Creative is looking for a Senior Copywriter with strong conceptual thinking, exceptional writing skills, and a distinct creative point of view.
You're more than a wordsmith. You're someone who brings original ideas, a fresh perspective, and a genuine curiosity about people, culture, and what makes great creative work. You can take a brief, uncover an interesting insight, and turn it into a compelling concept or narrative. Whether you're developing a campaign, shaping a new business presentation, or writing a video script, you know how to make ideas resonate and bring personality and purpose to the work.
You're comfortable owning assignments from concept through execution, collaborating across disciplines, and articulating the thinking behind your ideas. You bring curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to challenge the expected. You're excited by what technology, including AI, makes possible, but you understand that great creative still starts with great thinking.
Most importantly, you love the craft, have something interesting to say, and bring the kind of energy and perspective that makes the work—and the people around you—better.
