Video Production Internship

Paradowski Creative is now accepting applications for our Summer 2025 Internship Program!

You’ll work on real projects with real industry pros, as well as bump elbows with some of your peer group’s biggest future power-players. Our goal is that you'll walk away from the experience with new insights and inspiration to guide your future journey.

All internships will run for 9 weeks, from Monday, June 2, 2025, to Friday, August 1, 2025. Interns cannot work more than 30 hours per week, and interns can expect to make $20/hour. In addition to working within your team and receiving direct supervision from your assigned mentor, you will interact with all aspects of the agency, including the rest of the 2025 internship cohort.

As a Video Production Intern, You Will:

- Gain hands-on experience across the entire video production pipeline—from pre-production and production to post-production.

- Assist in crafting compelling visual stories, sharpening your storytelling skills through video.

- Work with industry-standard software, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Blender.

- Learn how to manage video codecs, export settings, and deliverable file types for multiple platforms.

- Operate cinema-grade cameras and audio equipment, developing a strong foundation in camera operation and sound recording.

- Set up lighting rigs to achieve different looks and moods for various productions.

- Assist on set as a Production Assistant (PA)—handling gear, slating, and supporting logistics.

- Organize and build video projects in Premiere Pro, including timecode syncing, selects pulls, and structured project management.

- Explore Motion Design techniques—if that’s an area of interest for you!

- Hone your organization and attention to detail while collaborating with a dynamic creative team.

- Engage in agency culture and team collaboration, learning how to bring ideas to life in a professional creative environment.

- Discover the difference between a big idea and a tactic—and learn how to execute both.

- Expect to ask questions and experiment.

- Have a lot of fun!

Requirements:

- Looking for emerging leaders in all fields of creativity.
- If you are a college student - you must be at least a rising Senior (completed junior year).
