Paradowski Creative is now accepting applications for our Summer 2024 Internship Program! 

This is a role in 3D interactive development and design for students or early-career candidates on Paradowski’s Immersive Technology Team, specifically focused on virtual and augmented reality on a variety of devices and platforms. The ideal candidate will be a skilled 3D programmer, specifically within the Unity-to-native app (C#) and/or the WebGL/three.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) pipelines. We understand that not everything can be known in these wide and deep fields, but the right candidate is willing to and can learn new things quickly and has a desire to keep up with current trends and technologies. We are looking for creative thinkers who want to help lead immersive, spatial technology forward. 

As an Immersive Development intern you will:

• Be paired with a senior developer to understand tech team tools, techniques, processes (including fundamentals of JavaScript and/or C# development) and team strategy/vision

• Learn about different emerging technologies at Paradowski with the goal of developing overall skills as well as unique strengths

• Implement small and medium features with minimal supervision

• Create amazing, industry-leading custom immersive digital experiences for mobile, desktop, VR, AR and the web

• Collaborate with the creative and account teams to concept and design interactive experiences across devices and platform

• Implement and enhance user experience and interaction design in 3D applications

• Playtest and troubleshoot bugs and problems with existing and new projects

• Explore and present on new technologies in and outside of the immersive development sphere

Our goal is that you'll walk away from the experience with new insights and inspiration to guide your future journey. All internships will run for 9 weeks, from Monday, June 3, 2024, to Friday, August 2, 2024. There is some flexibility in that date range for this role, but interns cannot work more than 30 hours per week, and interns can expect to make $17/hour. In addition to working within your team and receiving direct supervision from your assigned mentor, you will interact with all aspects of the agency, including the rest of the 2024 internship cohort.
